A drowned man was found in a lake in the Ushachsky district
A drowned man was found in a lake in the Ushachsky district, BelTA was informed in OSVOD.
"The body of a drowned citizen born in 1962 was recovered from the water on Dolzhino Lake in Ushachsky district," the association clarified.
It is noted that the man was discovered by a lifeguard sailor on the beach 60 m from a place equipped for swimming. The drowned man was at a distance of 4 m from the shore at a depth of 1.3 m.
The Vitebsk regional Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations explained that a call about a drowned man on Lake Dolzhino near the beach of the sanatorium "Forest Lakes" in the village of Vashkova was received by the operational management center of the Ushachsky district department of Emergency Situations in the evening of June 9. The drowned man was on vacation in a health resort and went fishing.
