A multifunctional sports ground was opened on the territory of the basic school in Domzheritsy, Lepel district.

According to the chairman of the Lepel District Executive Committee Mikhail Kiselevich, the accessibility of the sports facility will help form self-discipline and perseverance in achieving goals among local residents.

The new playground was built on the site of the old school stadium with the support of the Property Management Department of the President. This event is timed to coincide with the 100th anniversary of the formation of the Berezinsky Biosphere Reserve, in the center of which are Domzheritsy, included in the republican project "Village of the Future".

The multifunctional complex is designed for workout, weightlifting, gymnastics and other sports. There are also basketball, volleyball, football courts, an area for people with additional needs.
