The novelty – canned anchovy Fillet in sunflower oil – was mastered by the Braslavryba production branch of JSC Glubokoe Dairy Cannery.
Anchovy is a small marine fish, already cut into small pieces. The plant buys raw materials from a foreign supplier already cut, sanded and salted in a special way. After entering the enterprise, it is harvested, put in a jar.
A new type of canned food is in demand now.
– The demand for such products is huge, mainly in the Russian Federation, says Elena Bartkun, head of production at the enterprise. – Such fish is used in the preparation of salads, pizzas and savory sauces. According to our calculations, catering establishments should become the main consumer. A trial batch has already been released, and its certification is being completed.
