A topical issue was also raised by a resident of the Korovniki microdistrict.

"In the private sector, our constant trouble is the flooding of plots during the autumn-winter period, the spring flood, the ditches are overflowing with water, there is no drainage," the citizen asked for help. Igor Markovich instructed the Municipal Unitary Enterprise "Housing and Public Utilities of Polotsk" to inspect problem areas, to ensure the capacity in the existing networks.
