The leadership of the Vitebsk region signed a number of agreements with the leadership of the regions of Russia

Chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee Alexander Subbotin and Deputy Governor of the Volgograd Region Anna Pisemskaya signed an action plan ("road map") for the implementation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Belarus and the Administration of the Volgograd Region on trade, economic, scientific, technical and socio-cultural cooperation for 2024-2026.

Also, the head of the Vitebsk region Alexander Subbotin and the Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Nizhny Novgorod region Igor Zotov signed an agreement between the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee and the government of the Nizhny Novgorod region on cooperation in the trade, economic, scientific and technical, cultural, humanitarian and social spheres.

Chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Council of Deputies Dmitry Demidov and Chairman of the Moscow City Duma Alexei Shaposhnikov signed a protocol on cooperation and interaction between the Vitebsk Regional Council of Deputies and the Moscow City Duma.
