Director of the Vitebsk branch of RUE «Beltelecom» Dmitry Kazak met with young people in the Media Laboratory of Vitebsk region
It is necessary to do your work qualitatively and then you will surely notice. This opinion was expressed by the director of the Vitebsk branch of RUE «Beltelecom» Dmitry Kazak during a meeting with students of IT-classes of Vitebsk gymnasia №1 and №5 in the Media Laboratory of Vitebsk region.
Within the framework of the author's project «Successful frame!» Dmitry Kazak told not only about innovative projects, services and products that are provided to the population, but also shared personal secrets of success.
Vitebsk branch of RUE «Beltelecom» – is one of the leading enterprises not only of the city, but also of the region. The branch employs about one and a half thousand people, and the company is constantly growing new services, today there are more than 120. Head of the Vitebsk branch of RUE «Beltelecom» – Dmitry Kazak – deputy of the city council of deputies, deputy chairman of the city council of deputies, awarded the honorary title «Man of the Year of Vitebsk – 2020» in the category «Housing and communal and road economy, construction and architecture, fuel and energy complex, communication, transport and communications».
Dmitry Kazak was born and grew up in Vitebsk. After the army planned to work at the television factory, but since his father was a communicator, he arranged in this industry an electric mechanic for the repair of telephone sets. Confidently moving forward, Dmitry Vasilyevich reached the head of the Vitebsk branch of RUE «Beltelecom» and has been successfully leading the enterprise for almost seven years.
– To be successful, you need to constantly learn and develop. And if to do the work qualitatively, then you will surely notice, – notes Dmitry Kazak.
During the meeting, the guest not only destroyed stereotypes about communication services, but also told about successful practices of introduction of modern technologies to regions.
– «Beltelecom» has many IT developments. One of them is the – mobile application «My city» – joint project of the Ministry of Communications and Informatization and RUE «Beltelecom». The platform was launched in Polotsk, as it is the oldest city in Belarus and one of the promising regions of the Vitebsk region. Today the platform is available in Beshenkovichi, Glubokom, Town, Dokshitsy, Lepel, Orsha, Vitebsk. Also, our branch and VGMU signed a cooperation agreement on the implementation of the mobile application project «My University». Now it is in development, with its help students, students and staff of the university will be able to study the schedule, to follow the course of the introductory campaign and others, – told Dmitry Kazak. – Work is actively underway in the field of artificial intelligence. Many know the reference and information service 109 about the phone numbers of enterprises, organizations. In the future it is planned that the subscriber will be able to call the cloud and ask your question about the client's number of the neural network.
Also last year the campaign «Beltelecom» received a lysis of a mobile operator. According to Dmitry Kazak, the campaign development strategy is more related to the development of fifth-generation network technology (5G).
– In this direction we are moving actively, – noted Dmitry Kazak. – At the moment projects are being developed, already there is a brand for mobile operator. As soon as all the puzzles of the system come together, we will tell you in detail about this direction. I am sure that we are on the right track.
At the end of the meeting, Dmitry Kazak noted that the main potential of any enterprise is personnel. He wished young people to expand their worldview and never stop there.
– It is always necessary to develop and learn, especially if you go to a specific dream or goal, – summed up Dmitry Kazak.
