Illegal activity of a dealer in electronic smoking systems has been suppressed in Vitebsk
Details are provided by the press service of the IMNS of the Vitebsk region.
A resident of Vitebsk, without bothering to register his activities, offered to sell a wide range of electronic smoking systems, liquids and cartridges for them. This was revealed by the IMNS of the Vitebsk region.
The result of the control measures carried out jointly with the staff of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Vitoblispolkom was the withdrawal of the "products" offered for sale for a total amount of about 40 thousand rubles. Income from illegal activities in the amount of 28 thousand rubles was also established.
The
violator was fined by the Economic court for a total amount of over 6 thousand
rubles. Plus, he will have to pay additional tax on the income received at the
rate of 26%, as well as a single tax for the entire time of unregistered
activity
