In the Lepel district, a cyclist was run over by a car

In the Lepel district, a cyclist was hit by a car, the telegram channel "Traffic police of Vitebsk region" reports.

Today, at about 6 p.m. on the 164th kilometer of the M-3 Minsk-Vitebsk highway, the 64-year-old driver of a Volkswagen Polo car, heading towards Lepel, hit a cyclist born in 1977 moving along the roadway in the passing direction.

As a result of the accident, the latter was injured and hospitalized.

A check is being carried out on the fact of an accident.
