In Vitebsk, Emergencies Ministry workers rescued a dog that fell through the ice

Today, a caring man called the 101 service in Vitebsk and told about a dog that fell through the ice, the telegram channel of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Belarus reports.

Rescuers arrived at the scene and, with the help of a special board, took the animal out of the cold water.

Employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations took the dog with them, warmed and fed, and a few hours later his owner was found.
