Maxim Grinkevich: Participation in the forum was memorable for interesting communication with the same young specialists, as well as a visit to the agricultural flagships of the Vitebsk region

Maxim Grinkevich, head of the repair shop of the Vymno production site of the Rudakovo State Enterprise:

- I have been working for almost six months. I am gradually getting used to the daily routine of the farm, and I will have to work here for five years in total, because I am a target student. In the agricultural sector, of all the members of my family, I can be considered a pioneer: my mother works in medicine, and my father is a mechanic.

I entered the Belarusian State Agricultural Academy on the advice of a relative who graduated from this university. I commute to work from Vitebsk using company transport, and so far I am happy with everything.

Participation in the forum was memorable for interesting communication with the same young specialists, and also a visit to the agricultural flagships of the Vitebsk region, familiarization with production moments. As they say, it is better to see once than to hear a hundred times.
