Moidodyr for carpets: a new service was offered to residents of the Postavsky district

The district Consumer Services Plant offered a new type of services to the population. For this purpose, dust extraction equipment, a rotary washing machine and a spin centrifuge were purchased. After passing through the entire chain, the floor covering returns clean, without streaks and stains, "combed". This was immediately appreciated by the first customers, and good reviews spread throughout the area.

– We purchased new equipment thanks to state support, – explained the director of the RCBO Teresa Korchazhko. – As part of the implementation of the State Program "Comfortable housing and a favorable environment", 60.5 thousand rubles were allocated to us.

If carpet washing is still being promoted, then laundry services at the Supplier are among the most in demand. By the way, last year, money allocated from the state fund was used to purchase an ironing calender for the laundry – a modern press that dries the washed thing and irons it without making creases.

– Of course, we would like to see an even greater increase in revenue, – said the director of the RCBO. – Especially in the countryside, where there are 6 checkpoints – in Voropaevo, Lyntup, Kamai, Novoselki, Yunki, Guta. In each we accept orders for tailoring, shoe repair, washing, cleaning of feather products, haircut, hairstyle and others. In addition, we sell bed linen, other textile products, powders, cleaning products and much more at the checkpoint.

In total, the plant provides 11 types of services. For 8 months of 2024, sales revenue amounted to 470 thousand rubles. The growth rate compared to the same period last year was 113%.

The village is getting old. Many, due to their age, are unable to cope with what they used to do. Such people need help. And here a lot depends on the initiative of the receivers. In this regard, the director noted the work of Emma Kostyuk from Novoselkovsky checkpoint. By the end of 2023, she became the owner of the title "Man of the Year of the Motherland", more than once became the winner of the regional competition. The receptionists of orders in Guta Leonard Volodko are in good standing, and Galina Fomina in Voropaevo. The residents of the village also thank Marina Kovalenok, who serves residents of the Kuropolsky village Council and the village of Kazyany in the Braslav district on the road.

– We have a lot of good craftsmen, – Teresa Korchazhko emphasized. – Among these are hairdresser Natalia Pronko, who was recognized as the "Man of the Year of the Motherland" by the end of 2022, the master of the shoe atelier "Sapozhok" by Cheslav Bulgakov, the head of the sewing atelier Ekaterina Kozlova.
