Passions for the chairman flared up in one of the horticultural associations of the Vitebsk region. Some members of the CT accuse the head of financial irregularities and consider him illegitimate since the summer of 2023. They have their own candidate for the position. There were appeals to the court and law enforcement agencies. At the beginning of June this year, the next election meeting was held with the participation of a representative of the district executive committee as an observer. 185 CT members participated in the voting (676 in total). 150 people voted for the current chairman, 11 against, 24 abstained. But the opponents of the head of the partnership consider the results unfair, they assure that figureheads also participated in the elections, and like-minded applicants lost faith in the meetings and do not attend them…

A resident of Vitebsk of pre-retirement age found himself in a difficult life situation. After the death of his wife, her son inherited a quarter of the apartment. He lives with his stepfather, drinks, does not work, does not pay for utilities, was treated at the LTP. The man asked for assistance in evicting a neighbor. However, he is the owner of the apartment, and according to the legislation this cannot be done. Sergey Levkovich advised the applicant to buy out part of the apartment. This option is the most effective in such a situation.

An apartment building built in the 1960s on 10th Zagorodnaya Street is regularly heated, there is water under the floor, in winter the walls freeze, the public toilet is irregularly cleaned.

Sergey Levkovich, the main department of housing and communal services of the regional executive committee should make a blind area during July and resolve the issue of water leakage and, in general, systematize the cleaning of public toilets. As for the freezing of the walls, at one time the utilities offered the owners of privatized housing to insulate the walls according to the legislation on a parity basis, but they refused. It is possible to insulate the walls locally with the financial participation of a specific apartment owner.

There were questions on the way to the rural cemetery in the Beshenkovichi district, the burial of the Great Patriotic War in the Orsha district, the initiation of a criminal case against the co-owner of the enterprise, employment in a specific institution. One of the applicants found out right at the reception that her question about the allocation of a land plot would be satisfied on Monday by the decision of the regional executive committee. A group of owners of trucking companies drew attention to the imperfection in passenger transportation by minibus.

In an interview with the correspondent of "BB" Sergey Levkovich called this issue the most problematic and difficult. The Committee on Architecture and Construction of the regional Executive Committee was instructed to further study the applicants' proposals and, if necessary, make appropriate initiatives to change the legislation.
