Representatives of Belarus and Russia laid flowers at the Eternal Flame in Vitebsk

At the XI Forum of the Regions of Belarus and Russia, members of the official delegations of the Council of the Republic and the Federation Council laid flowers at the Eternal Flame at the memorial complex in honor of the Soviet soldiers liberators of the partisans and underground workers of the Vitebsk region.
