The delegation of the Vitebsk region headed by Alexander Subbotin took part in the First International Export Forum "Is there a future for export?" in Smolensk

At the First International Export Forum "Does Export Have a Future?" in Smolensk, Chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee Alexander Subbotin spoke at the plenary session as a speaker on the topic "Export as the basis for sustainable development of the Vitebsk region".

Also within the framework of the plenary session, issues of export support, building an effective regional export strategy, promoting brands, and developing human resources were discussed.

The forum brought together representatives of regional business, executive authorities of the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan and experts in the field of foreign economic activity.

The program of the forum is rich. The conference "Women in Export. Reboot". A business meeting of representatives of enterprises of the Republic of Belarus and the Smolensk region is expected.

On the sidelines of the forum, an exhibition of industrial enterprises of the Vitebsk and Smolensk regions was organized. "Vitebsk Carpets", "Vitebchanka" and OJSC "Invet" presented their products.
