These and other issues were voiced at the reception of citizens, which was held by the chairman of the regional executive committee, Alexander Subbotin.

There were few applicants, but the issues they raised were very serious and deep, requiring a comprehensive analysis. The head of the region listened attentively to everyone, adhering to the rule: if citizens came to the reception, then this problem is important to them.

So, a Vitebsk woman who worked for 32 years at JSC Vitebsk Carpets, many years after her dismissal, wanted to restore justice: to receive severance pay. It would seem that for many years it seems inappropriate to raise such a question. Nevertheless, after listening to the veteran of labor, Alexander Subbotin recommended that the representatives of the enterprise carefully study the issue and, if possible, satisfy the applicant's request.

At the same time, it is important to take into account all the nuances so as not to provoke a situation similar to the opening of Pandora's box, he stressed. Otherwise, you can get a shaft of such requests.

It is not the first time that residents of the long-suffering house No. 8 on Truda Street have appealed to all authorities about the fact that the new housing is unsafe to live in, and it must be brought into an accident-free state. Four years ago, numerous violations were committed during construction. Facades, balconies, etc. require reinforcement. Over a long period of correspondence and appeals, citizens have developed a negative attitude towards JSC Zhilstroy. Even at the reception, there was a skirmish between the parties, to which the head of the region reacted sharply. If there are claims against the builders, and they are justified, in this case it is appropriate to keep silent. Regarding the elimination of shortcomings, the time was determined – until November. The issue is under control in the City Executive Committee, KGC.

– Citizens should not come to the reception twice for their questions. This is unacceptable," Alexander Subbotin summed up.

A resident of the Kopys city settlement of the Orsha district initially thanked Alexander Subbotin for his assistance in resolving the issue of the gym, as well as the chairman of the Orsha District Council of Deputies Inna Khomutovskaya, a responsive and very attentive person, according to the applicant. He also made a proposal to revive the bakery that was in the village, since the products were in great demand among the population. But the main focus was on the deplorable state of the folk art center.

Specialists will study the appeal in detail on all the points indicated by the applicant and give him an answer.

– We have a lot of experts who tell us how to do it better, but unfortunately there are few specialists who can bring their ideas to life, – the head of the region noted in the order of discussion.

The issue of the Vitebsk resident regarding the postponement of the construction of an apartment building on a site in Bitelevo should be resolved positively. The developer does not have time to build the foundation and walls on schedule (before September 1). He asked me to get into the situation and postpone the deadline. The governor instructed the committee on architecture and construction of the regional executive committee to study the documentation and give such permission.

– At each reception, you understand that most problems should be solved locally if everyone does their job well, starting from construction, repairs and ending with restoring order, – Alexander Subbotin emphasized summing up. – But there are also issues that require more careful consideration by senior officials. As a rule, people come here who have run into either a legislative wall, or circumstances have developed so that it is impossible to solve the issue in a simple way. Then you have to make extraordinary decisions. Sometimes such meetings initiate changes in regulations at the highest level. Some problems are solved quickly, others are unsolvable and lie in the plane of interpersonal relations. And then it is necessary to make a Solomonic decision.
