The Serafimov family from Polotsk became the winner of the regional stage of the VI republican competition “Family of the Year”.

The creative competition took place at the Vitebsk Philharmonic. The event was attended by Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Protection Valery Kovalkov. Five families fought for the right to represent the Vitebsk region at the Republican stage. The brilliant performance of the friendly creative family of Polotsk residents brought a convincing victory. Congratulations.

This year, approximately 450 families took part in qualifying rounds across the country.
