Vitebsk swimmer won the BRICS Games with a new Belarusian record
Another good news from Kazan. Vitebsk swimmer Ivan Shamshurin won gold in his signature 200-meter butterfly. At the same time, our countryman set a record for Belarus (1 min 57.65 sec).
Ivan Shamshurin is a multiple Belarusian record holder at this distance. This year, for the first time, he covered his trademark distance faster than 1.58.
He is also a sociable and humble person.
