Bathing of children, adults and water sports in Polotsk and Novopolotsk are prohibited in the Vitebsk region

 This is reported by BelTA with reference to the Republican Center for Hygiene, Epidemiology and Public Health. As of July 18, swimming is restricted in 34 recreational areas. In the Vitebsk region, bathing of children, adults and water sports activities are prohibited in Polotsk (a recreation area on the left bank of the Western Dvina) and Novopolotsk (recreation areas on the Western Dvina near the bridge, near the rescue station on Parkovaya Street, 1A).

In the Gomel region, bathing of children, adults and water sports activities are prohibited in Gomel (Cascade-1 beach), Zhlobin (beach on the Dnieper near the Pridneprovsky Park of Culture and Recreation), Svetlogorsk (beach on Berezina), the urban village of Parichi (beach on Berezina), the urban village of Korma (beach on lake Syrskoye), in three recreation areas on Sozh in the Gomel district (on the embankment, as well as in the area of the River street of the village of Chenki, in the area of the horticultural association "Skitok-2"). Bathing of children and adults on the city beach of Rechitsa on the Dnieper is suspended here, bathing of children in Rogachev (the central city beach on the Dnieper) is limited.

In the Grodno region, bathing of children, adults and water sports activities on the pond in the urban settlement of Bolshaya Berestovitsa are prohibited, bathing of children on Lake Svityaz in the Novogrudok district is limited.

In the Minsk region, bathing of children, adults and water sports activities on the beach on the Volma in Smilovichi of the Chervensky district are prohibited. And in Minsk, bathing of children and adults on beach No. 9 of the Drozdy reservoir has been suspended, bathing of children on beaches No. 5, 6, 7, 8 of the Drozdy reservoir, beach No. 9 of the Tsnyansky reservoir, beach No. 5 of the Zaslavsky reservoir is limited.

In the Mogilev region, bathing of children, adults and water sports activities are prohibited in Mogilev (city beach on the Dnieper, recreation area on the Brody pond), Mogilev district (beach on the Dnieper in the agro-town of Polykovichi), Dribin (on the section of the Pronya River below the automobile bridge), Shklovsky district (city beach on the right bank of the Dnieper near the ice arena, the beach on the pond near the village of Putniki). Children's bathing is limited in Krugly (beaches on the Drut River in the area of the Descent to the River square and in the area of Komsomolskaya Street), Goretsky (beach at the Mereya recreation center in Lenino agro-town), Chaussky (Rudeya reservoir in the area of Gorbovichi agro-town), Dribinsky (Zapolsky pond near Ryasno agro-town) districts.

Swimming restrictions have been lifted in the Lyakhovichi district (beaches on the Witch River in Lyakhovichi, the reservoir of the Chaika health camp in the village of Golovintsy), Gomel (Cascade-2 beach), Svetlogorsk (beach on the shore of the Svetlogorsk reservoir), Grodno (beach of the Lososno Tract forest park on the Neman), Mogilev (beach on the Holy lake), in the Mogilev region (the beach on the reservoir in the agro-town of Vilchitsy).
