Editor-in-Chief of Vitebsk News Natalya Kamleva spoke at a seminar-meeting for ideological workers and persons responsible for public relations and media relations of RUE Vitebskenergo.
At the meeting of representatives of the management apparatus and branches of the enterprise, important aspects of ideological work in modern conditions and the prevention of illegal actions of an extremist nature were discussed.
Deputy General Director of RUE Vitebskenergo Vladimir Diklov noted that currently ideological work on the ground should be systematic and deep, aimed at solving government problems, taking into account the realities of today and covering all aspects of the life of the team.
The Chairman of the Vitebsk regional organization of the RPO "Belaya Rus" Vladimir Terentyev explained to the meeting participants the basic concepts and provisions of the National Security Concept of the Republic of Belarus. Separately, he dwelled on the facts of the genocide of the Belarusian people during the Great Patriotic War.
Natalya Kamleva focused on the ideological aspects of the functioning of social networks and instant messengers, emphasizing that social networks should be more actively used by ideologists to promote state policy. Anti-crisis communication on the Internet plays a big role. It is important to remember that the one who gives out information second is always justified. Information hygiene is also of great importance; any content should be perceived thoughtfully, analyzed and checked.
Deputy Chairman of the Vitebsk City Executive Committee Viktor Glushin spoke about the fundamentals of the ideology of the Belarusian state and the practical aspects of its implementation at the regional level. The topic of extremism, the basic concepts and reasons for its occurrence was touched upon by the head of the department for supervision of compliance with the law of court decisions in criminal cases of the Vitebsk Region Prosecutor's Office Nikita Romanovsky.
The speech of the head of the department for the protection of state secrets, mobilization work and defense issues of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, Alexander Lazuko, was capacious and meaningful.
