Polotsk residents became laureates at the regional competition of folk music and ditties

Within the framework of the XXXIII International Festival of Arts "Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk" there was a regional competition of folk music and ditties "A music grayuts, grayuts...".

The Polotsk region was represented by the Honored Amateur Collective of the Republic of Belarus, the folk ensemble of folk song "Zamanikha" (director Sergey Smulko) and the head of the folk folklore ensemble "Bliznyanka" of the branch "Silnitsky SDK" Olga Chobot.

The bright performances of Polotsk residents were appreciated by the jury members. "Zamanikha" is a laureate of the First Degree in the nomination "The Best Ensemble of Folk Instruments". Olga Chobot became the laureate of the III degree in the nomination "Best Chastushechnitsa".
